The first year of primary school is a pivotal moment in your child’s academic development, as it is a crucial period for them to lay the groundwork for their future academic endeavors, especially in English—a fundamental subject essential for their educational success.

In Primary 1, students are expected to grasp the basics of the English language, including phonics, vocabulary, simple sentence structures, reading, and basic writing skills.

To support this, we designed our Building Block program to ignite their interest in learning the English language through relatable tasks and progressively align with a curriculum that relates to school standards.
